This luxury brand new villa was built to make the guests feel like living in their private paradise. Villa Diane
is located in Agios Giannis (St. John) region.

A luxury-designed living room with a 65′ TV and comfortable furniture and two dining rooms (inside and outside)
with tables for 14 people.
5 Comfortable suites thought out in the last details, all with a beautiful view of the sea, 4 with double beds and
1 for kids or adults with 2 single beds convertible to 4 beds in total.
The pool area with a great swimming pool is one of the jewels of the Villa and makes part of the beautiful view
of the sea and the Delo’s Island. With comfortable sun beds and an outside dining room, guests can receive
their family and friends.
From the kitchen you can see all the bay of Saint John as well from the dining and living rooms. At the lower
level there is a lounge where you can work or check your messages and also exercise as the gym room has a
treadmill and all the accessories for your workout.
The gardens carefully thought out, make a difference in the villa as the guests can relax at any spot for their
well-being, seeping their drink and enjoying the spectacular view and sunset.
