The 220 m² (2.360 sq. ft.) Villa Katharine houses one master bedroom and bathroom. A second double room with a bathroom is on the upper level.  Additionally, there is an independent guest room and bathroom, to ensure up to 6 guests can enjoy a comfortable stay.

All the floors of the main Villa and the suites are marble.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area on the ground level can also accommodate two more guests on convenient sofa beds.
