It lies in the secluded region of Kastro, in the northwestern part of the island, only 20 minutes away from the vivid Mykonos Town and less than a 15-minute drive to the beach. Get ready to offer your friends some moments they will never forget, as the villa is the ideal place to host superb private parties for up to 70 guests!

Villa Rival, a brand-new villa, was inaugurated for the first time in 2016. This “Heaven on earth” 9 Bedrooms Villa with a private infinitive pool is the ideal Villa for the ones who wish to have the best vacation ever, with total privacy, the very best view of the island during day and nights, and the most privileged services and comforts they could imagine.

Layout – First floor

• On the first floor, we find 5 rooms in total all en suite, air-conditioned with a view of the Aegean Blue, huge beds, and amazing mattresses with private balconies at the front.
• On this first floor, guests can enjoy their privacy In front of the sea with sun lounges and sunbeds.

Second floor

• On the second floor, we find the pool area with a large living room decorated with natural unique, and minimal items from around the world, where there are several areas for dining, relaxing, swimming, or having a party of a lifetime.
• The pool of 90m² is heated and the hit point is the underwater bar, which allows the guests to enjoy their cocktails in the water and of course to have fun and tranquility.
• Close to the pool, we find the BBQ area with outdoor dining tables, sunbeds and hammocks, and many corners for isolation during reading or romance. Another private bar made of woods and champagnes is located in the very same area offering another private corner for champagne parties and more.
• At the top of this area, we find another private deck of 200m², ideal for the most unexpected photos in front of the sunrise or sunset, wedding experiences or bachelor parties to be remembered as a lifetime experience.
• On this floor, we find 2 of the master rooms, totally independent with 2 private decks at the front offering the best view, isolation for the guests, or even the best treat for the ones who experience a massage or a yoga section.
• A Fully equipped kitchen right next to the living room offers the ability of diners or lunch with friends or parties.

Third floor

• On the third floor, we find 2 Master rooms with independent entrances and the most luxurious decoration all in white and pure romance. Between the 2 rooms, we have a wooden deck with sunbeds and salons with music systems.
• A path leads all the guests to the gym, or the Tennis Sea Court and of course the Helipad located just next to this gorgeous Villa allows the guests to arrive in total privacy by using one of the Helicopters Air Busses to the ones who wish to arrive privately.

Ideal for weddings, unforgettable bachelor parties, yoga or other group gym sections inexperienced events, and gay gatherings.

Outdoors

You’ll find it hard to leave the pool terrace with the infinite view of the crystal-clear Aegean waters. Indulge yourself with a cocktail from the underwater bar in the large heated infinity pool, while you let the sea breeze and island sunshine take all the stress away. Follow the sprawling terrace along with the infinity pool to a pergola-covered dining area, where you will try out local seafood off the wood-fired BBQ. As the sun sets, bathing your villa in glorious hues of crimson and pink, don’t miss the chance to relax with some yoga practice or a full-body massage. Could you think of a better setting?

Interior Design

The soft-edged exteriors are echoed on the inside by the earthy colors and clean-lined furnishing. In the large living and dining area, exposed stone elements and ceiling beams nod to tradition, while unique natural elements and artifacts from all over the world give a boho-chic tone. With a total of 9 bedrooms on 3 levels, you can be sure that you and your guests will have ample space for your personal repose. Get ready to experience pure luxury, as all bedrooms feature comfy beds, en-suite bathrooms, A/C, TV, a safe box, and private verandas.

Events venue

The villa is ideal to host events for up to 70 people. Whether a wedding, birthday or any other occasion, let our experienced event planners organize it for you. Also, the villa is part of a 3-villa complex, that sleeps up to 52 guests in total, so, after the party is over, some of your guests can arrange to stay next to you. And in case you want to organize a yoga retreat, this is the place to do so.
