The property is perched on the side of the hills leading down to Agrari beach with a view that glances over the rocky countryside, racing all the way down to the bay of Agrari and the Aegean sea. The beach is just a short drive away and one of the quietest even during the peak of the summer.

Atina was designed to be lived outdoors, making the most of the view and the natural layout of the plot of land. Thanks to the hilly setting, diverse lounge spaces were carved out around the property, the main one being adjacent to the brand-new private pool that was conceived in the most panoramic position.

The very same extension and diversity of the outdoor spaces are also true for the indoor ones as the property comprises three independent units. All spaces boast a no-frills, unique taste dictated by the owner’s passion and travels. The hallmarks of Cycladic architecture are evident throughout and have been thoughtfully enriched with modern comforts.
