The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms are double and one has twin beds.
The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The ample guesthouse has a double bed, ceiling fan and a spacious en-suite bathroom.

All rooms have ceiling fans and there is one air-conditioner in the living room of the main building.
Solar panels and Aeolic energy generators maximize the power efficiency of the villa.
