Villa Kristen, a breathtaking 7 bedrooms villa, is located in the Kanalia area, just 100 meters away from the sea. It’s a brand-new villa that was built in July 2021 and has a panoramic view of the center of Mykonos overlooking “LittleVenice“, the famous windmills as well as the harbor. Villa Kristen Black consists of one building site and offers a total living area of 600 m2. Build with the utmost elegant elements, the villa gives you the unique chance to enjoy comfort, elegance, relaxation, recreation, and hospitality at the highest level.

The spacious entrance floor accommodates superb living areas such as a living room with a view of Mykonos Town, a TV room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. In addition, at the entrance level, there is a designed corridor that takes you to two of the rooms. On the upper floor, there is an independent guest room with its own private entrance.

On the ground floor, there is an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi as well as a gym, a spa area, and a bathroom. Next to the spa area, there are two staff rooms as well as a large storage room. Additionally, on the ground floor, there are 4 rooms and a laundry area.

All bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms, while the villa comes with 2 members of staff.

The outdoor area hosts a magnificent swimming pool which leads to the sitting rooms and bedrooms. There are also outdoor sitting and dining areas under wooden pergolas and private furnished verandas for all the bedrooms and the guest room. The villa is accessible by a private road and a parking area is provided.
