Villa Leto, this modern new villa is located on the Cycladic Island of Mykonos, near Kalo Livadi (2km), Kalafatis Beach (1,5km) and Lia Beach (3km), 10 km from the port of Mykonos and 11 km from Mykonos Airport. It features magnificent sea views and three amazing infinity swimming pools with grand shaded surrounding areas of over 400 sq. meters, suitable for dining and lounging at all hours. Consisting of the main building, 700 m2 at the ground floor and upper level, three guesthouses of 45 m2 each at the top upper level, one guest house of 55m2, and three the extra guestroom of 25 m2 at entry level as well as a large gym and spa area of 200 m2 and outdoor shaded areas of over 400 m2 in a plot area of 3.000 sq. meters.

Villa Leto consists of 11 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus 7 large guest rooms with individual entrances.

This spacious summerhouse is decorated in harmonic shades and features, sleeps 36 guests and offers a selection of versatile living spaces for easy entertaining and uncomplicated holidaying. Enjoy a good night’s sleep on a Simmons mattress, relax at the soft touches of elegant sophistication and Greek colors sofas, and the view from the bedrooms. Every bedroom and living room is equipped with 50 inches smart TV, hairdryer, safe box, ceiling fan, and A/C so that each member can be independent.

Top Upper Level:

• 3 spacy master guest houses of 45 sq. meters, each with a double king-size bed equipped with 50’ smart TV, ceiling fan, A/C, sofa, wardrobes, Wi-Fi system,  kitchenette, en-suite bathrooms with shower and access through the balcony and main doors to the spacious shaded outdoors with amazing breathtaking sea view overlooking Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis beach.
• One of the guest houses has access to a private infinity swimming pool of 25 sq. meters specifically designed for the guests’ relaxation in absolute privacy.

The outdoor area at the Entrance floor level:

• 4 guest houses with queen size beds (3 by 45m2 and 1 by 55m2 equipped with kitchenette), 50’ smart TV, ceiling fan, A/C, Wi-Fi, closets, en-suite bathroom with shower, access to the outdoors through individual main door and balcony door, garden view.

The outdoor area at pool level:

• 2 Large infinity swimming pools of 100 and 50 sqm with a deck and amazing view to Kalafatis beach, 24 sunbeds, and poufs, 3 double sunbeds, and 1 large hammock while a massive corner pergola offers lavishly the shadow that guests are enjoying in front of the swimming pool, the bar, and the dining area and another pergola specially designed for quieter moments surrounded by olive trees.
• Grand Shaded living space with dining area, sits 40 guests close to the BBQ area for romantic dinners or live evenings with music and BBQ delicacies prepared for the unique guests.
