The pool level features an open-plan living space with direct pool access, a spacious open-plan kitchen, and a dining area for up to 20 guests. Additionally, there is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and sea view, as well as two guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms, sea views, and direct pool access. On the garden level, you’ll find four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, garden access, and panoramic sea views. Lastly, there are two double bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms that have a precluded view of the garden. Villa Marsden also offers a well-equipped gym and a soothing sauna, ensuring guests can maintain their fitness routine and find moments of relaxation.

The villa boasts a private outdoor swimming pool, providing a refreshing oasis during warm Mediterranean days.
