Villa Rania is located in the area of Kalafatis, in the southeast part of the island, this wonderful newly built villa consists of six bedrooms.

In the main house, we find three bedrooms: the master bedroom en suite with a walk-in closet, plus one suite and one guest room sharing one large bathroom. Outside we find a cozy guest house with a kitchen and one bedroom en suite, another smaller guest house with a kitchenette and a bedroom en suite plus one separate staff room with an independent kitchen and a guest cloakroom.

Villa Rania is defined by luxury and its architecture blends the modern with the traditional while wood and stone are the dominating materials. The bedrooms have panoramic sea views and large verandas or balconies. The sitting and dining areas of the villa have direct access to the external lounge and dining areas where we also find a built-in BBQ and a bar. The infinity pool is surrounded by a wooden sun deck and there is also an open-air Jacuzzi. Finally, the villa is surrounded by a beautiful and colorful garden.
