Villa Calix 3 is a fully furnished, detached, newly built villa of 340 sq.m situated at Paraga in Mykonos with breathtaking views of the sea of Paranga, Platy Gialos and Psarou. The distance from Mykonos town is just 3 km and 1,5 km from the airport. The villa of 340 sq. meters caters to up to 14 guests and consists of three levels and one large private pool with a spacious recreation area It comes fully furnished in a comfortable, contemporary style, compatible with its island location and it is decorated with large framed photographs of summer landscapes.

Interior

The entrance from a wide veranda with seating area is found on the ground level and leads into two reception rooms, one of them with a fireplace, one dining room, an open plan kitchen, one large bedroom with en suite and one small bathroom. Proceeding to the third level by the stairs, there is a small hall from which you can step out on a veranda with an amazing sea view. This level consists of two master bedrooms with en suite. A bonus feature of this villa is that when you descend the stairs to the basement, you are greeted by a very large spacious area consisting of a kitchen with a bar in the corner and a reception room with a fireplace, and a sofa which can easily be transformed into a double bed. Leading off this area, there one bedroom with en suite, one double bedroom, two smaller bedrooms with single beds, and one large bathroom as well as a utility room. From the living room of the first level, there is a door leading outside to the swimming pool. The outside recreation area consists of a large private pool with a jacuzzi and underwater seats, an inbuilt BBQ, two pergolas with one dining table for eight, sun loungers, and a small bathroom. The villa is fully equipped with all necessities and electrical appliances, including Wifi internet connection, Satellite TV, DVD player, HiFi, hairdryer, espresso and filter coffee machine, clothes washing machine, iron, safe, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven and refrigerator for everyday use. The villa has its own private pergola with sun loungers and its own parking area at the rear of the villa. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units and the lower level rooms are equipped with either ceiling or floor fans. The main features include white plaster, local stone, natural rocks, in-built couches, large verandas with wooden pergolas, and Cycladic arches.
