Villa Charles is located atop a hill right between two of the most famous beaches of Mykonos, Paradise Beach, and Paraga Beach. The luxurious property offers stunning panoramas over the Aegean Sea and Paradise Bay from the infinity pool and the wind-protected outdoor lounge.

The house features a traditional Cycladic minimalist design with modern furniture in the bedrooms and common spaces and chic artwork adorning its white-washed walls.

•  A passport is required for non-residents
• All bookings are final, non-refundable
•  Check-in after 15:00 / Check-out until 12:00 noon
• Smoking allowed outside

Our rates include high-quality services:

• 24-hour concierge service
• Daily light housekeeping
• Change of bed linens and towels twice a week
• One complimentary arrival transfer (up to 4 guests)

Payment policies:

For reservations more than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment of 40% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Balance 60% of the amount 60 days prior to arrival.
• Security deposit 25% (min. amount required 1000€) of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.
• All bookings are final and non-refundable.

For reservations less than 60 days prior to check-in:

• Down payment of 100% of the total amount upon reservation.
• Security deposit 25% (min. amount required 1000€)of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival.
