Villa Highfield is a newly constructed villa given in for renting purposes for the very first time. It is built in the area of Kalo Livadi. The high ground built upon ensures a great panoramic view of both Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis Beach.

The villa is located within a five-minute distance from the well-known Kalo Livadi beach with the famous Solymar beach bar, Kalafatis beach which is ideal for wind and kite surfing, as well as the cosmopolitan beaches of Elia and Lia. Villa Highfield Is built on a traditional Cycladic style and is largely covered by stone. The villa features five spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an extra w in the living room area. The villa is divided into three parts. The first one is the main house consisting of two master bedrooms, the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. The second part of the house includes two large bedrooms and a small living room in between. The third and last part is a spacious studio. The entire villa is built on a 4000 sq.m field and the house itself is 280 sqm.

The villa features a forty-five sqm swimming pool, which is located in front of the house and next to the pergola. The pergola features a fully equipped bar. The view can be enjoyed from many different verandas and yards. The verandas with sunbeds and the built-in sofa and benches with cushions. and the pergola with white curtains is ideal for relaxing moments with a cocktail at all times of the day. The same goes for the infinity pool – a real belvedere with rocks or the tend. The shaded terrace with sofas is ideal for a morning coffee or evening reading and the outdoor dining table calls for a feast under the stars.
