The ground level hosts the living room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom whereas the underground level hosts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a small kitchen, a living room, and a laundry room. All rooms are fully air.

The well-designed outdoor area located in front of the villa displays a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. There is a very comfortable dining table under the elegant wooden pergola and a built-in BBQ.

The pool area is equipped with several sunbeds and three big umbrellas providing comfort for guests in order to enjoy the sea views. A well-kept garden completes the outside living area, making it perfect for family and friends to enjoy each other’s company in a beautiful setting.
