This beautiful villa, located in the privileged location of Houlakia can host up to 10 persons. This spacious villa offers combines privacy and tranquillity with beautiful landscapes and spectacular views of the Aegean sea and only a few minutes away from the nightlife and the famous restaurants of the island.

The main Villa unfolds in two levels, the entrance being from the upper level, where the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and one bedrooms are located with its bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the lower level, one master bedroom en suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with 1 sharing bathroom. The fith bedroom is an independent studio with kitchenette and ensuite bathroom, located on the ground level with private entrance and direct access to the pool.
