The house is located in Houlakia in the area of Mykonos near the Bay, a short distance from the sea overlooking the beautiful beach. It is built on a plot of about 4 hectares shared with one more separate villa, in amphitheater location, with other three separate villas, having a total area of 260m2 on two levels, comprising living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms master, 1 WC for guests & 2 guests studios.

The way we have worked through the bold rupture of old and new manages to create a sense of communication between the past and the future. The decor is minimal with elegant furniture which gives a special style. The spacious living room (with fireplace) and dining room adjacent to the kitchen, are equipped with all modern appliances. The house has full air conditioning, WiFi, TV, DVD, CD, and alarm system.

The infinity pool blends with the blue of the sea owing to the artificial waterfall that is created on the front side. The exterior design is shaped to levels creating more spaces, with both living and dining rooms creating shade with pergolas, thus making a perfect environment for relaxation and sunbathing.
