Villa Hackett

Description

This traditional Villa lies on a slope overlooking unobstructed the Bat of Panormos and Panormos beach itself. The Villa Hackett is accessed by two entrances, one directly from the main Panormos – Agios Sostis road, and one from the sideroad (leading on foot to the beach at a distance of 450m).

The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and one large entrance room (with kitchenette installation) between the rooms. The upper floor can be used independently.

A safe marble staircase leads to the ground floor: 2 bedrooms and one large bathroom with a tub and washing machine. There is one studio fully equipped (bathroom & kitchenette) possessing access from the outside as well (It can be used also independently).

Very large common area with three different sitting places; one by a fireplace, a large dining room (10), and an open-space kitchen, fully equipped.

The swimming pool is 6×12 meters with a dining area attached, sun and windproof, and a BBQ, as well as ample space for sunbeds. On the lower level, there is also another sitting and eating area, sun and wind protected with great views.

House is equipped with central heating, with a/c in every room private and common, with an electricity generator for emergency cases and a tunnel covered with glass bricks running along the width of the building on the lower floor thus protecting it from winter humidity and providing storage space. The total area covered is 340 square meters and the size of the plot is 1.250 square meters. Doors and windows are wooden as demanded by local law, windows with double glass. All floors inside are paved with Tinos marble except the upper floor bedrooms which have traditional wood. The ceilings of the upper floor are all covered with traditional wood as well is one bedroom on the ground floor.
