Situated on a hillside above Agios Sostis Beach, Villa Helen offers guests striking views of the unspoiled nature surrounding the bay area. Sitting in a 4 acres field, it is an exceptionally large villa consisting of three separate levels, two of which have independent entrances, and can comfortably accommodate a group of up to twelve (12) quests. Entering the main level from the pool area, guests are welcomed into a bright, spacious living area with an open-plan layout. This open living area, with white walls, located at the center of the villa, functions as the main indoor gathering area while facilitating access to all other areas and levels through a spiral staircase. Also on this level, there is the large dining area and the fully equipped, fully functional open plan kitchen. Beyond the lounging area is an en-suite bedroom with a built-in King bed. All areas on this level offer uninterrupted, pool and sea views. From the lounging area, a spiral staircase leads guests to the upper level of the villa and a cozy reading area with a fireplace. On either side are two bedrooms, en-suite. The master bedroom with a king bed has a full bathroom and walk-in closet and exits to a private balcony with a sea view. The second bedroom with a king bed (this can also be configured as two twin beds) has a large window that also offers a great sea view. Entering the lower level into a cozy yet spacious living room with an open plan kitchen, in effect, an independent apartment, two bedrooms sharing a bathroom are located. A bedroom with a king bed (this can also be configured as two twin beds) offering a lateral sea view exits directly to the pool terrace while the second bedroom also has a King bed and a sky window. This lower-level independent apartment can also be accessed internally by descending the spiral staircase from the main level. Adjacent to the lower level is an independent studio with a King bed (this can also be configured as two twin beds) and a separate bathroom. The lounging area, exits to a large veranda with a built-in lounging area, offering stunning views of the pool, the mouth of the bay, and the open Aegean Sea to the east. An external staircase leads to the spacious terrace below where a large pool (17m long by 8m wide), a pergola shaded area with a built-in BBQ, a built-in lounging area, and an outdoor dining area are located. Villa Helen has located just a short walk from the long, sandy stretch of beach at Agios Sostis. A Mykonos classic free of umbrellas and loud beach bars, Agios Sostis Beach is peaceful and unspoiled with golden sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. A path over the rocky hill at the far end of the beach leads to a tiny yet very secluded, wind-protected beach between Agios Sostis (10min walk away) and Panormos (5min drive away). To satisfy culinary desires Kiki’s Taverna, one of Mykonos’ best-kept secrets halfway down to Agios Sostis beach, serves meat and fish grilled on a charcoal BBQ.
