Villa Patricia is a 390 m2 private villa built in a gated plot of 2.000 m2 and consists of the Main House and 2 external Guest Suites, located beside the Main House. The Main House extends into two levels. Main House – Upper Level Features a spacious open-plan lobby with a stylish yet comfortable living room, including a fireplace, an elegant dining area, a Mykonian-style kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, a Master Bedroom with en suite, and a guest WC.

Main House – Lower Level

The Lower level hosts 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with twin beds, and 2 bathrooms.

Guest suites Each Guest Suite features a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Superb furnishings and fabrics dress the villa in a simple yet elegant décor. The Outdoor area features a spacious terrace including a large infinity-edge swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds, a sheltered, pergola-covered area with beautiful sitting and dining arrangements, a BBQ area, and a pool bar. There is also a landscaped garden and a private parking space.
