The Lower Level : 3 separate suites (double size beds, en suite WC-douche), suitable for 6 persons in total featuring the same comforts as the Entrance Level. All three have access to the pool, outdoor amenities, and to an amazing sea view.

Independent Guest Studio : Next to the main villa, for 2 guests, double size bed, en-suite WC-douche, cozy living room, kitchenette, coffee-breakfast corner, own terrace with amazing view to the Aegean Sea protected with pergola. Air conditioning, TV, WIFI. (approx. 35,00 sqm)
