The House

Villa Aggie is a 2 level property, consisting of the Upper Level and the Ground Level.

The Upper Level is an autonomous house of 142.58 m2 comprising of 1 bedroom, 1 large (100 m2) living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, a large closet and wardrobe, and one WC. Facing the east there is a large veranda of 40 m2 overlooking the garden with an excellent view of Paradise Bay and the beach and a table that serves 8-10 people! The living room has a terrace of 80 m2 facing west with a view of Paraga Bay and Beach. There are 2 fireplaces, one large in the living room and the second one in the bedroom.

The Ground Level

Hosts 3 independent studios with eastern orientation, sea view, and direct access to the garden and the 4th studio with westerly orientation with no view and the utility areas.

Outdoors

There is an infinity swimming pool (4.5×10 m), and a pergola which is at the northeastern corner of the property having an area of 160 m2 It is made from stone and is equipped with a built-in BBQ and bar and is overlooking the garden, the house, and the sea. The total garden area is 1600 m2 and is covered with plants that are supported by the local climate. On the rear side of the residence, there is a garage of 44.30 m2 for cars and motorcycles and open-air parking spaces for more cars.
