Villa Nerina comprises two core compartments: the main house and the guest house. The main house hosts the interior living & dining spaces (approx. 120 sq.m.) as well as two master bedrooms (30 sq.m. each), two more suite­style bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (each 20 sq.m.), a staff’s kitchen space, dedicated cellar room, internal & home theatre spaces & a gym space with hammam/sauna booths.

Living & The communal spaces of the house are the interior & exterior living and dining spaces. A lot of over 250 sqm is dedicated to a large but cozy layout that includes large built­-in sofas, long dining tables, and an open plan kitchen that goes at the back side of the house uniting the front with the back of house activities. Master Bedroom ­ The Master Bedroom is a very spacey bedroom split into two levels with an open-plan bathroom layout. It features two skylights and the ceiling for both of the shower booths of the bathroom.

The Guest House is a three-bedroom house that allows for its two-bedroom to be transformed into a spacey studio space that includes an open plan kitchen, living room & two bathrooms. It features an autonomous parking space and has a separate entrance from the front or back of the property.
