On the same estate, there is an independent Guest House (60sqm) that can accommodate a family of 2+2pp. Also a fully equipped studio (25sqm) for the villa staff.

• The entrance level, adjacent to the pool, has an open-plan kitchen, a very spacious living and dining room, hall, fireplace, WC, large pergolas, verandas, many terraces, barbeque, pool-bar overlooking the sea and the fabulous sunsets.
• The ground level has 4 bedrooms (26.5, 25, 16& 25sqm) all with double beds.

All bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, A/C, verandas, and sea view.

There is also a second entrance to the Villa at this level for easy access.

The rooms have a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea, Mykonos Town, the islands of Tinos, Delos-Renia, and Syros, and superb sunsets.
