Villa Adams accommodates 16 guests Infinity Swimming pool abt 100 sq. meters magnificent unobstructed sea view with sunbeds, poufs & pool towels. 1 Kitchen fully equipped with direct access to the outside dining area (sitting 24 people) Massage room equipped with professional massage table, Steam room, Jacuzzi, Feet spa (cold/hot water), and Cold barrel shower. Gym fully equipped (1 treadmill, 1 steady bicycle, Fitness dumbbells, exercise weights, 1 rowing machine & gym mats). Parking space for 3 cars. Grand Pergola shaded sitting/dining area by the swimming pool with sea view. All external lights automatically switch on/off with timers and presence detectors. All rooms are equipped with individual sound systems compatible with mobile phones, and smart tv 50’ inches. All rooms are equipped with an a/c, ceiling fan, balcony doors, switchboard phone, safe box, and fire extinguishers. Screen doors and windows. Power Generator capable to cover the house in case of a blackout or an emergency. Water supply by the municipality as well as Individual Water well and water tanks of abt 70 cubics for continuous uninterrupted water supply with proper pressure. Hot water by solar / electricity. Villa will have a daily maid service, and own linens which will be changed twice a week, towels will be changed daily. All main doors of the villa and guest rooms are electromagnetic safety doors with an auto-lock system, open/close without the need of a key but only with the use of a tag. Smoke detectors & Carbon monoxide detectors The alarm system is easy to arm/disarm by use of tabs. Easy access to supplies to the house by car.
